Terrible quality of 2ply

I recently contact the call center Kimberly-Clark with regards to the terrible quality of the 2ply 18 pack i purchased i used only 1 roll and the paper was extremely thin not even worth a one ply i was truly disgusted with knowing the brand I'm so loyal to and spend so much on this 2ply for it to be so terrible i explained to the consultant who further added she will send me an email which she did but keep sending me an email " Kindly resubmit the image(s) with reference number ***3 clearly handwritten directly on the packaging as we requested" my point to this i have sent the pictures however can a picture tell how terrible the quality is ? Can you see how bad all the rolls is inside the package by a picture that i have sent more than 3 times and think this is a waste of my time i dont have time to sit and take pictures the whole dam day for you to keep saying it must be Handwritten if you got the time to do it by all means instead of picking this pack up or requesting it be sent to a store you giving me stories when i purchased it i didnt say i will pay it 10 days later or let me see a picture then i will pay for it .I would like serious action to be taken as i dont have time to waste really disappointed at what baby soft as come to .
