TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I hope that red star means TERRIBLE service. I bought toilet paper (9 x 9 pack) and it is the most horrible paper. It is called Baby Soft Supreme Quilts. It feels like newspaper. I contacted Kimberley Clark via Email and explained my confused state regarding their product,because it's Baby Soft ?? They contacted me and said that they will take it further and contact me back. Heard nothing. After putting it on their Facebook page, someone wrote me and will get back to me. That was 16 may ??? Baby Soft was the ONLY toilet paper we bought .... NOT ANYMORE !!!!!
