Quality dissatisfaction

I have just bought 2 packets of 2 ply Baby Soft toilet paper and what a disappointment this has turned out to be. I have been using this same brand for over 10 years because it is meant to be a silky soft tissue. Please explain this to me Kleenex. WHY IS IT THAT THE PACK THAT I`M CURRENTLY USING IS ROUGH AND IT`S HARD. The only sign which proves that the toilette paper is the baby soft 2 ply brand is the kitten that`s printed on it. Frankly, I think it is only fair that you refund me my money as I did not get the value for the goods purchased. I paid more for better quality yet your quality has dropped to the same level as the other brands or even worse which are much cheaper than you. It`s meant to be a 2ply however when you touch it, it feels like a 1 ply plus it is much thinner now.
