poor service by Huggies

Huggies company have bad service ..i phoned them on monday about theire diapers that are leaking .. they ask for production code which i gave them and was told to send pictures and i did that ..now they send me email saying pictures are not clear ..but they are so clear ..than why can't they use another method insted of telling us to sand pictures when they will end up saying pictures are not clear because not all of us uses good camera phones ..Huggies your service i poor and i am living you
