Poor quality, Poor service

I guess I'm not the only one who has something bad to say about their service and products, I switched to Huggies dry comfort, terrible have to change every two hours and as for the wipes like tissue that got wet , it's too hard, customer service doesn't attend to our complaints instead they give a long list of things they want and still not solve the issue on the quality.
