Poor quality nappies

I had the worst experience with huggies logged a complaint they advertised that they will send me two vouchers to compensate for the two damaged packs of nappies they sent me the same voucher twice and now they ignoring my emails to rectify this matter and to top it off thier product burnt my son's bum.
