Poor customer service

Utterly disappointed in Kimberly Clark’s customer service!

At the end of last year (2020) we emailed them about the Huggies pants we had purchased. ( we purchased two boxes of Huggies pants, whenever baba pee’d the gel would come out of the nappy and find it all over her! Mind you the nappy was not even full).

Kimberly Clark responded to us, asked for pictures with the reference number (which we provided numerous times) eventually they asked us to call them, to which they told us we needed to resend the pictures. After that they have not responded again!

I am very disappointed because those nappies are not cheap and have been a complete waste! Now she only uses Huggies Gold as Pampers and other brands give her a nappy rash!

Our current pack of nappies has just reached halfway and now the gel inside is like hard *****! Have never had nappies like that before!

Would really appreciate it if they got back to me since we are loyal Huggies customers!
