Pethetic customer service

Kimberley Clark has been terrible, I have two daughters and struggle and I buy for them enough Huggies for the month, I came across two packs that leaked very bad after about 30 mins to an hour. They have issued me with R40 voucher which I find funny and rediculous considering they cost about R200 each. What must I do with a R40 in the current economic condition of our country ?

Then upon further communication with them I have just been ignored since last Friday, is that anyway to treat someone ? Atleast have the curtosy to respond even if you cannot assist me further. Very very poor customer service
