Pathetic call centre agent

I called the Kimberley Clark call centre today at 11:13am (SA Time) to complain about the poor quality I received when purchasing a box of Huggies nappy pants. I spoke to a consultant who was extremely rude, she refused to give me her name, she refused to let me speak to a manager and then she disconnected my call. I am shocked by the kind of service received.
