Pathetic after sales service

My wife and I bought a pack of Buggies for one of our friend's kids. Some of the product tore loose at the elastic. I immediately sent an email to the company requesting a refund. The courier came to collect the product and 6 months later I'm still waiting. I sent them numerous emails and made several phone calls with absolutely no response. Their after sales services are pathetic. Regards, CF
