No customer care

Had a complaint re: baby soft, and the way it was handled was not professional. When I sent the info. they expect meore like photos with reference number though photo of the pack was sent. Ask for unneccary details. The call centre is unhelpful. No customer care. Management do not speak to customers as per the agents. Shows no customer consideration, A manager should be willing to speak to the customer. IF it was not for us purchasing the product they would not be paid.
