Nappy rash

Bought Huggies extra care for my little one and it gave her bad red itchy rash and I asked for help to understand what was wrong with the product. Instead they call centre said I must write an email,which I did and all I got from the was an email saying I need to take right pictures if the pictures are not to they quality they responded with the same massage. They don't treat people with respect and all they do is brush away you concerns and they don't care about oue babies
