Kortex pads / Kimberly Clarke customer care awful service
Hi I have never had such a bad experience such as the one I got from Kimberly Clarke customer care centre... The service awfully terrible to another level. I called in to complain about the Kortex pads I bought that has excessive glue, which frustrates the hell out of me but I can deal with the glue... But the service received from them is the worst. They do not even know anything about POPI Act.... Kortex has definitely lost one of their very loyal customer

29 Aug 2022, 14:54That lady from Kimberly Clarke customer care was even chewing on my ear on the call. Sies... This is so disgusting and so unprofessional for such big company.... Kortex can do better than that... I still say Terrible service indeed.... Wow I have never come across such before...
