Kleenex Baby Soft Bad Quality

I have been a loyal user of Kleenex Baby Soft for so many years now & don't buy any tissue but Kleenex. My biggest disappointment is their BAD QUALITY lately. I have been noticing this lately but thought maybe it was just a mistake & I bought a packet of 18 as I usually do but this batch is extra HARD & doesn't feel like a 2-ply as well cos it's too thin. It is turning out to be like these other cheap brands with low quality yet it's still expensive. I will really appreciate my value for money I'm paying, for real & good quality I was used to. I hope you will do something about this before you start losing clients, me included. Thank you
