Kimberly-Clark, Baby Soft Toilet Rolls

Good Day! My husband and I bought Baby Soft toilet rolls from Woolworths, Equestria and it turned out that some rolls in that packet were defective and tactically stashed at the bottom row of the lot. He took up the matter with the producers, Kimberly-Clark and a reference number was allocated to his complaint as ***7. Photos of the concerned defective rolls were sent to them as requested and directed. However, despite their commitment to look into the matter, their final response was that they cannot authenticate their product in line with their procedures and as such regards the matter as closed.
