I logged a complaint in Aug 2021 about 10 nappies that the flap was stitched ovee... Kimberly Clark SA wants to reimburse me with a R40.

Emails have been sent back and forth and they refuse to come to a conclusion... I am done supporting them and would like to warn other moms not to waste there money.

Rather support a brand that will listen to you when you complain.
