Inferior quality and terrible support experience

I have been a loyal Kotex customer over decade. I was satisfied with the product until recently. I noticed the pads and now of inferior quality- The plastic that Adheres to underwear has become thin and tears when being removed. This leaves an unpleasant mess.

I experienced this with two of their packages of their young ultra thin pads. When you report this inferiority to the support, You are given a reference number, Asked to hand write it on the all black package which just doesn’t make sense.

When you submit the Image of the packaging and handwriting they’ll get back to you 20 business days later telling you they cannot verify the packaging or case number. This happened twice.

You will be stuck with that inferior product with no recourse whatsoever.
