Inferior product

I am very, very unhappy about your inferior product that I have been buying lately. I have moved from South Africa to Zambia. I have always bought BabySoft toilet paper. The toilet paper that I have been buying lately is of poor quality. I have found 5 rolls in my pack of 18 that half way through you place a piece of plastic tape and then from there on the paper is only single ply. Besides from making this an inferior product now you are also ********* and you are *****ing paper from the consumer. I found 5 rolls in my pack of 18 like this. If you do this to 100 packs you are saving a lot of paper.
