Kimberley-Clark, who makes Huggies baby wipes in South Africa, is providing a product that does not pass the test of it being anything, never mind a baby wipe. The product is dry, and tears as you pull it out. It’s like wet paper. It’s really the absolute worst baby wipe I have ever had the bad luck to use. So try another brand, and if it also doesn’t pass your own test, write to the manufacturer. I won’t buy it again.
