HUGGIES SA DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CONSUMERS

Our child is 19 months old, since birth used Huggies. LAst month we bought x3 packs of huggies 4. All of them felt like they had groff salt in them, instead of turning pee into gel the bay pees and his pants are wet, nappies leaking. I tried getting hold of Huggies SA, wrote to them on their website 4 times and called twice no answer. Only when i sent them a msg through FB i got a response. Michael asked me for a pic of the pack sent to him and also advised that x3 packets were taken back to Clicks Meterton as they did not respond to me, the manager there was kind enough to exchange the nappies, and still got more packets like this from different batches. Michael told me he would send someone to collect nappies i bought with my money so they see the issue. Guess what today he e-mails and tell me my complaint is not valid, they have not collected nappies from Clicks which the maneger agrees something is wrong and have not collected from me. How does my complaint not have merit? I have been a loyal Huggies buyer for 18 months for them to dismiss me like this, like i am not worth anything, all the money spent on their product means nothing, me asking them to look into this issue because i actually love their product for them to tell me there is no lack of evidence? Did they collect the nappies at Click, NOPE i called the manager she says they are still lying at the back and i still have a pack here at home. So Huggies is saying its ok to sell black people a shady product because they offer a cheaper brand in the market? I would rather pay more money than to be treated like garbage. Huggies only cares about rands and cents, nothig about their consumer.
