Huggies Nappies

I've used huggies for my baby for the last 3 years and never had issues. I've purchased size 5 combo box of nappies only to find my son scratched and complaining that something has been poking him leaving red Mark's on him. After checking the nappies I found that each and every nappy has fine sharp pieces of something which has me cutting out the top area of every nappy before using it. This could hurt my child as kids have sensitive skin an entire box of nappies gone to waste half of it cut just to be used.
