Huggies ****med me

I bought Huggies extra care nappies at dischem Maponya mall and some of them were them damaged.i went back to dischem Maponya mall with the whole pack including the damaged nappies I found inside the pack. The staff from dischem adviced me to go home and call them and I asked them to make that call themselves. Andrea was a person who assisted me and he advised that I will get my refund after 10 working days mean while they will be running an investigation. 10 working days lapsed without getting any feedback, I then sent them a follow up email. They rep**** today with a R54,99 voucher ,I called back and asked where I can get a pack of nappies for R54,99. Andrea rep**** with arrogance and told me that about the 3 damaged nappies therefore the voucher is meant for those 3 nappies. I asked what he meant because the pack was almost half and there were more damaged nappies then he told me there is nothing he can do. I asked him if he confirmed with me if the rest of the nappies where not faulty then he said the is nothing he can do
