Huggies Gone Wrong

I am very disappointed in Kimberly Clark SA,since my daughter was born,i have been using huggies gold but recently the nappies have been tearing and licking in less than 2 hours of putting the nappy on.i sent an email out and got a response on what I should do which I followed their instructions,instead of getting the help I needed all I got was the same email response over and over again telling me they can not verify my case,I went as far as sending pictures of what the nappies look like but got no response on that besides the same response as always,I then realized I'm chatting with a computer and not a human being as till today no one from this company as ever bothered to reach out to me.i have stopped using huggies and now with pampers not that I wanted the change but the way I was treated after reaching out numberless times is heartbreaking.im sure there's alot more people out there that are experiencing the same thing,my advice don't waste your time on this company,they don't care about their clients.
