Huggies Gold terrible product

I bought a defective packet of Huggies Gold at Pick n Pay. The gel inside the nappy made very hard lumps that can be felt through the nappy and would hurt the baby. I called the call centre and a person with a strong foreign accent took my details down saying he will send some-one to collect it and then eventually they will replace it. After a week nothing happened. I called back and a lady said she couldn't find my details on the system and will call me back and again nothing happened. I am a very happy Pampers user and unfortunately I decided to try the Huggies once and what a disappointment.
