Huggies gold Nappies size torn left side causing leak.

Bought 96 pack huggies gold size1. The whole pack Nappies left side of Nappies are torn. I called them they ask for their images of which I did and proof of purchase . They told put ten Nappies aside for them and wait 10 days. Seven days later the images aren't perfect.I must take another images and wait another 10 days. If they are so padentic how come their quality control department let this happen.What if I did not have smartphone, internet or email address. Which means they are exploiting thier consumers.When the baby pass urine or making number 2 thier Nappies leak in a point that the even the bedding get dirty and wet. All this inconvenience and told the images you sent is not perfect.The whole world needs to know and I wish everyone must stop buying from them they have too much and arrogant.
