Huggies Gold Nappies Faulty

I have been using Huggies Gold nappies for almost 2 years now. I have never experienced major issues that would make me want to change the brand or write a review. I opened a new pack of nappies and the minute I touched the nappy I felt the difference, this is a product that I touch and use on a daily basis. The nappy felt like the was dry cement in it, unhappy but I used the nappy anyway. One of the nights while we were about to sleep I felt something on the sheets and when I looked it was small white granules that I didnt understand where they came from but eventually discovered that they came from the nappy my daughter was wearing. That same night I sent an email to Kimberly-Clark telling them about my experience and told them they can have that pack of nappies and when I did not receive a response days later I called the toll free number and I gave the details and the required information they needed and I waited. Finally I received an email saying that they will give me a voucher for the nappies used. I got frustrated with the response because my daughter had some skin reaction by that time and I sent them and email about that and I did not receive a response and I told them that I will write a review to Hello Peter and no response still.

I wanted an apology and I wanted to be reimbursed for the faulty nappies and the money I spent to get creams from the pharmacy to treat the skin reaction.

After the skin reaction I stopped completely using the nappies and I have about 12 nappies left from that pack and if they want to get them and test them they are welcome to do that.
