Huggies Gold Nappies

I bought packs of Huggies Gold nappies but to my surprise when I open the package the nappies are as hard as cardboard. I've tried several times to get help from Huggies but every time they will tell me to send them my contact info but never heard from them. Now I'm stuck with pack of nappies cos I don't have a slip to return them. At Clicks they agreed to take unopened one's not I'm stuck with 1 open pack
