Huggies gold

I bought 2 huggies gold jumbo packs. I wrote to huggies about my problem that they are leaking. Kimberley-clark responded and ask me to send pictures barcode and the number they have sent me to write it on a nappy packs. I even attached the proof of purchase.

They have just responded that the information provided has discrepancies i must not send any other follow ups because the case is closed.

I am not really sure what they mean because i am still sitting with leaking bags of nappies. To take them back to the shop that does not solve the leakage problem
