Huggies Gold( Bad Quality), Kimberly Clark...Bad Service!

Good Day I would like to share my experience with Kimberly Clark and the Huggies Gold brand in particular. I have been using Huggies Gold since the birth of my son, and up until a few months ago ( when they changed the brand), I've never experienced any problems with the product. I experienced that my son was constantly soaking wet, and the nappy sagged, it just wasn't the same as the old brand. So on 5/11/2018 i sent them an email complaining about the brand and how I've been spending way more since the change to the uni*** nappy, they never responded!, I then called them on 14/11/2018 on which the consultant promised me they'll send out a voucher, I waited for more than a month. I called them again on 21/12/2018 and the consultant them oppologised and promised to courier it, but also said because of the holidays I'll only receive the voucher via courier on the 2nd January 2019... again i waited, it's the 8th January 2019 I'm still waiting, when i called them this morning the consultant told me they can't check anything on their system as the system's offline! I have been really patient....3 months and by now i started potty training my son,so I'm not even interested in the nappies anymore it's not like the nappy's of good quality anyways, it's just that they made empty promises and not once but twice and lead me still waiting.
