Huggies Gold

I had an issue with leaking diapers (Huggies Gold) and ligged a complaint on the website. They took ages to respond so I tried calling. I was then placed on hold until I ran out of airtime, twice! I ended up giving those faulty diapers away because I was afraid that my baby would develop a rash. I sent them pictures of the manufacturing details as well as the barcode. And now they are asking for me to write my reference number on the pack and resend a picture. Am i supposed to ask for the pack back after giving it away because they took their own time to respond? Is the manufacturing details on the pictures I sent, as well as the barcode picture not enough??? Ridiculous!
