Huggies Gold

I'm not sure if it's this batch of Huggies Gold or what but they are leaking and I don't mean on the sides... The nappy it's self is not holding the liquid in. My son is always wet, when I check the nappy its wet even on the outside. This is very disappointing. What do your quality assurer do really
