Huggies full of s***

Had an issues with the Huggies diapers, sent pictures as they requested as proof, email was sent back saying its not clear and to resend, resent another lot of pictures and still they send another email saying they cant verify the claim. Asked to speak to someone higher and a manager called me today basically saying if the processing department cannot help due to 'lack of evidence' then there is nothing that can be done as this is the process! So we spend our money buying stuff that is expensive thinking we getting quality but we not and cannot even have our complaints resolved!
