Huggies Dry Comfort - Winnie The Pooh Series Leaking and no Service From Huggies!

From the beginning of this year (2021) until now I've been waiting for Huggies to give me a refund on the pack of diapers purchased, everytime I contact them all I receive back from them a template stating that they can not proceed with my claim they need a different picture. I am so sick of their lousy service I am thinking of changing brands completely. All my life everyone spoke of Huggies being the best now, we don't know so much anymore, and their customer service is also pathetic. The worst part is after I laid my complaint the first time, someone informed me that they notice a lot of people complaining about the exact same thing on FaceBook. I wonder if they got any service from Huggies.
