Huggies are fooling us

I am very upset and angry because of huggies poor service .. 4 days are go i called them to report that theire diapers are leaking ..they tild me to send picture of products with my unique refference number written on both pack and diaper .. i did that and they reply back that i must resend pictures since they can't see the one i sent ..And i did sent again still they say it blur i have used differents phones cameras and have sent more than 5 times sending about 12-16 pictures still they say i must change positions when i do that they will come up with another storry ..lastly today the guy by the name of Andre willis droped the phone on me when i am asked him that how many times and pictuers must i send for them to solve my problem
