I purchased huggies baby a month ago and everytime my baby wets himself when I called customer service I was explained that the gell was hard of that pack. I took a picture with reference and emailed them. After 2 weeks I was emailed saying they cannot help me because the ref number on the pack needs to be on another place. What bull**** just because I wrote the reference number on the wrong place I cant be helped.. this is pathetic... worst ever money wasted ...
