Hard Baby Soft Toilet Paper

I bought a pack of 24 rolls of Baby Soft toilet paper. The toilet paper is hard as sandpaper, it doesn't even want to flash away. We used 2,5 rolls of the 24 pack and I contacted Kimberly Clark, received a case number and answered the questions and send the pictures they asked for. After a few days they send me a voucher for R64-99!!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel it is ridiculous. I've paid MORE THAN R170-00 for the pack. Checkers price now: R219-99, Makro Sale: R159-95, Takealot Sale: R189-00. Is 24 Baby Soft toilet rolls worth R64-99? I asked them to collect the 22,5 rolls that is left of the 24 rolls, but they did not even reply on my mail. I can not get hold of them telephonically. Will never buy Baby Soft toilet rolls again.
