Disgusting quality Baby Soft Toilet paper and unprofessional reply

Almost 2 months ago I submitted a complaint to Kimberly Clark SA with details of my unhappiness at the quality of their Baby Soft double ply toilet rolls. I do not expect any freebies from them, merely an acknowledgment that there is indeed a problem. Imagine my utter horror and disgust when I get an email back with no explanation or anything, merely advising they are closing the case and not to submit any further pictures or explanation as this will not affect their decision. My photographs clearly show their product, my proof of payment, the absolute disgusting quality of the product. Shame on you Kimberly Clark. Shame on you Baby Soft. Your product is not fit for anything other than to flush it down the toilet
