Firstly the customer service sucks, query not being attended to, still no response from you guys even after follow up emails were sent then still have the audacity to send me a survey on services you didn't even get what *** is that. Then my initial complaint your huggies gold product sucks ever since the packaging and boys and girl fits have changed the quality is bad price went up but quality went down. Your nappies burnt my sons bum so badly its shocking yet I been so loyal to these nappies I have used them on all my kids. Including my baby now. Disgusting customer service and products.
