Disgrace to your company

Im very disappointed in the service I received for Kimberly Clark. I bought Huggies pants, the first 1 I tried to use was of bad quality the 1 side came loose after 5 nappies taken out the pack same with all which means its a manufacturing fault. OBVIOUSLY No quality checks was done. I reported it and had not used any of it because it's unusable. I explained and asked them to come and collect they refuse to collect and send me a R89 voucher for a full pack of nappies I had no use OF this how disgusting. Instead of fetching and doing a proper check, this is how they treat their customers by telling me they can't refund me I have to take a digital voucher which they can't change. I'm not sure what I'm suppose to do with a R89 voucher for a R229 pk of nappies that is useless to me. That is real cheap and cheeky of such a huge organization. I have informed them that I will do a review and no response.
