Disappointment from Huggies

#MothersDayTreats in your review Bad service and product not up to standard. I purchased a pack of Huggies and the nappies are not usable . All the fasteners are not tight . When you pull the fasteners it just comes out . I contacted the company Kimberly Clark using the customer care number on the pack and their service is very poor . My case was closed before my complain could be resolved . There is not even a communication from them if I can call and open a new case . Very disappointing from Huggies .
