Disappointing product n service

I purchase a pack of huggies pull up pants for my son 28/12... I had an issue with the pants the stitching was tearing on the side everytime I tried pulling it up my son, clearly a manufacturing fault. This is the 2and time I've had this issue with the huggies pants.. first time I took the huggies back to dischem n exchanged them thought it was just just a one time thing.. this the 2and time this happened so I was advised to contact huggies.. I contacted Kimberly Clark I must say I was impressed at first with the service I received an the promise of a voucher to replace the defective pack. I submitted all the pictures of the manufacturing number as well as my reference number and the front of the pack and all the information that they required.. while waiting I have no kimbies for my son as I don't have another R200 laying around to buy diapers while I wait for a response... just for a few days later to tell me my pictures are what they wanted... delaying me further from having kimbies for my son... I then called them to ask what is it that they want and spoke with a rude representative... the service from these people was not impressive they full of empty promises I will be changing the my brand of diapers from now on. Really disappointing in the product and service.
