Disappointed with Huggies Customer Service and Product Quality

I’m deeply disappointed with Huggies' handling of my recent complaint regarding product quality. Despite providing all the necessary information for investigation, my case was closed without any apology or replacement.

The product itself was poor: the nappy elasticity became loose after less than an hour of use, leading to baby pee and/or **** leaking out. As a loyal customer, I expected better. I urge others to be cautious when purchasing Huggies products, as both their product quality and customer service may not meet expectations.
