Dirty Babysoft premium toilet rolls

I purchased a 18 pack Babysoft premium toilet paper online and received dirty toilet rolls. The packaging was sealed but the contents was dirty and some odd shaped.

I reached out to the company, spoke to a gentleman but have since heard nothing about how to send the photos and the arrangements for collection so they can sample. It has been over two weeks, case number ***1.
