Completely disgusted with Huggies Gold products

Purchased a pack of Huggies Gold recently and the entire pack had nappies torn on the left side strap and some had no left strap. I comp**** with the requests to send multiple images of the products and yet received the same automated responses that they could not verify the product. My images clearly showed their product the way they requested as well as images of the damaged nappies. I emptied the entire top half looking for a decent enough nappy to put on baby till I could get to a shop the next morning but not 1 was decent enough to use. Completely disgusting customer service and manufacturing of Huggies Gold. The price for Huggies Gold is not very far off from Extra care so there should not be such a huge gap in the product quality.
