Burning Discomfort

I called Kimberly Clark's helpline on the Huggies pack, to no answer. My 10 month old developed a nappy rash at the back that is due to their chemicals. I've been using Huggies since the birth of my other baby, who's 2 now. This time around they have dropped the ball, this Mommy and baby couldn't sleep because of the itching and redness. The rash is even tender and bleeding. I bought 2 packets already of Dry Comfort now I don't know what to do with them. I'm so disappointed!
