Bad service poor quality

I bought Huggies dry comfort at Ackermans Melmoth and I logged a complain 4 weeks back they promised feedback approximately 10 working days, since then there is no feedback, I m the one who calls for follow ups And all nappies were not properly sealed and they were leaking. Ref no is ***8
