Bad Service from Head Office
This is my second complaint regarding the baby soft 2 ply 18 toilet rolls. I sent the rolls two weeks ago for testing and the person from customer service said they would send two packs of free toilets to compensate the inferior quality. Two weeks later and I receive a voucher for one pack. When I received a follow up call she stated I would get 2 packs, ********* as the toilet roll quality. I open another pack an the same problem... We purchased 6 packs and so far all are inferior quality. You need to get your service and quality in order!
