BAD NO POOR SERVICE FROM KIMBERLY CLARK SA, REPRESENTING HUGGIES GOLD

Good day, this company is putting Huggies SA in a very bad light. I have been trying to get my nappies now from the beginning of October 2022 with no success. There website says they are open from 08:00-16:30, when one contacts them they only open from 09:00-15:00. Tshepang Makhubedu is ignoring all my emails. I really believe at this stage they took my nappies and sold it themselves. I won't stop until I get a response or my nappies. Very disappointed in Huggies SA for using these guys as they clearly don't have customer service.
