Bad customers service

I purchased a Double pack huggies gold, I paid R419, both packs are manufacturer faults, the diapers are ripped on the top and not cut the correct size. I have looked calls with Kimberly and Clark, en the only gave R189 voucher when I sent them the statement showing how much I paid. Very disapointing service on the feed back being received from them. They Cleary have a batch issue en need to call back the stock if dey must. I am a mum with a terrible 2 toddler who is all over the place. When speaking to the agent she heard my son en knew that I can't be running back and forward with this issue.
