Bad Customer Service

Up until today after 2 months my complaint cannot be resolved. Case number: ‪***4‬

My son got a bad happy rash due to your faulty nappies that was different in color, I compared the nappies to the others and provided all evidence I could provide. But yet they cannot resolve my complaint.

I told them to contact me via email due to work commitments I cannot have my phone and will miss their calls.

Then I receive an email for me to call them as they still couldn't resolve my complaint. Today the 28th May I call and low and behold the offices are closed. Terrible service
